Both these products are a perfect combination. I am not sure if I am losing weight but I am surely feeling light and more energetic after taking both of these.

African Mango slender has an extract of african mango along with other products that work equally well. Its just not the african mango and YES taking these with colon cleansing capsules like Colothin will work in your favor.
It says to take both of the pills twice daily, I also heard people taking both of the pills once daily. Which one should I do?
